Mailitis A.I.I.M. in collaboration with Mark ARCHITECTS, Ints Mengelis and Dina Sotnikova won 1st prize in 2 stage competition for University of Latvia development. 1st stage - urban solution for new University of Latvia Campus in Riga. 2nd stage - 1st building in new campus - Faculty of Natural Sciences.
